One day after his 'Restoring Honor' march on Saturday August 28 in Washington Conservative radio and TV talk show host Glenn Beck was being interviewed on the Sunday Night Fox news with Chris Wallace when he said that he regretted calling President Obama a racist.
In July of 2009 on a Fox network panel show Beck said President Obama has a "deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture," and "this guy is, I believe, a racist." He defended these remarks on his show not long after and stood by them in September of that year when interviewed by Katie Couric.
Perhaps he felt generous after the march because it was the first time in the year since making those remarks that he suggested he may have some regrets. And he's on airwaves almost daily.
