Obama Barrack

Barrack Hussain Obama, arguably the most powerful man on the planet, visited India earlier this November, a few days ahead of the G20 summit. The main agenda of the much hyped visit was to create jobs in the recession-hit USA. India has been one of the very few countries who have been able to withstand the wrath of the globally jolted economy. USA on the other hand has been still recuperating from the shock the economic slowdown has given the economy of the country.

The Obama government has been very receptive of the growth and sustenance shown by the Indian economy and has have looked eastwards for support. The whole nation awaited President Obama’s visit with bated breath. As soon as he landed with The First Lady on the newly opened terminal-3 of the Indira Gandhi International airport, a plethora of news channels battled to get the best shot of the man.

The Indian Prime Minister, Mr.Manmohan Singh and Mrs.Sonia Gandhi welcomed the President and his lady, along with a big delegation which accompanied them. I don’t know for sure whether the first glimpse of Obama settled the excitement to an extent or increased it further; this only time could tell and it did.
